Insurance Policies
Our skin care center participates with traditional Medicare. As a courtesy to our Medicare-eligible patients who have alternative Medicare plans, we will file their insurance. Please be sure to contact your insurer regarding out-of-network co-payments and deductibles, as they may be different.
We will gladly see patients with commercial or group insurance, or those who are uninsured. Please be prepared to pay for your visit at the time of service. A claim form or receipt will be provided for your insurance carrier or for tax purposes.
